Skylar Thomas lives in Southport, Connecticut, where there are a lot of woods, animals, and wildlife and she intends to keep it that way. She loves anything that has to do with nature, which is why her house is practically a zoo, home to two guinea pigs, a ferret, a dog, a bunny, two cats, and two fish. She is always considering getting more, from shelters, of course. Skylar has a younger sister, Hailey, who has been pivotal to her writing efforts.
